Distance makes the heart grow fonder, and we are so excited to reopen our doors with physical distancing and sanitation protocol in effect. Here's what we are doing to protect our staff and customers:
Health & Safety Protocols
- Hourly sanitation schedule
- Hand sanitizer available for guests and staff
- Masks and gloves available for all customers and staff
- Frequent disinfecting of high-touch items (i.e. door handles, payment terminals, and computers)
- Screening of employees for COVID-19 symptoms
Social Distancing Protocols
- Maintaining social distancing of at least 6 feet
- Limiting the number of guests in the store at one time
All orders that have been placed are still in production or en-route to our warehouse. Our warehouse facility is open, sanitized regularly, and being prepared for the exceptional delivery experience you have come to expect from Cottswood Interiors.
