“My family has been in retail for four generations. My great grandfather came from New York and opened a furniture business in Edmonton over 100 years ago. Since then, my family has been retailers in fashion and sporting goods. I grew up learning from the great mentors, who taught me that retail is fine balance of great relationships between customers, sales people, suppliers and the community at large.
